How are you today?
I’m Lacey. I’m a new transplant from Kansas City. And I bring along with me my family and this business.
This business is an endeavor built on love. A love of life. Real life…fun, chaotic, emotional, not-always-perfect, beautiful life. A love of photography, of family history, of family togetherness, of all of the little details that make you, you and me, me. A love of love.
Some might say I take photos. But I know it’s more than that. It’s more than that to me and it’s more than that to you. There are memories being made in your life everyday. And I thrive on the opportunity to turn those memories into something tangible and treasured.
Photography is a passion. It’s not a hobby, or an outlet, and by far not a job. I’m blessed to spend my life meeting people who value their families and their memories. I’m blessed to be invited into the intimate moments that define individual lives. And I’m most passionate about capturing tiny little moments, a glance, a tear, a fearful hesitation, a giggle that can’t be held in. I photograph life. I pride myself on documentary style photography when it’s appropriate and I strive to create beautiful, classic portraiture when it’s requested. Whatever moments that you crave to have snapped up and frozen in imagery, I’m your gal.
Oh, and that family I mentioned earlier…Let me tell you a little about them. My family consists of 4 amazing men who delight, entertain, and
frustrate defeat amaze me everyday! My husband, Allen, and I have three little balls of energy; three little boys; three sticky, stinky, happy, handsome, and loud little souls. Wyatt is 5 and started Kindergarten this year. Aiden is 4 and attends preschool. And Brodereck is 1, my little charmer. As if that’s not enough energy and chaos, add our 98 pound chocolate lab/weimeraner buddy to the mix! And that’s my household. We cook up a lot of craziness in our house and we do it with love and ambition.
